Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout for pre-orders.
You can cancel a pre-order at no charge if it has not yet been fulfilled. Please contact support@eastbaymerch.com for assistance. If the order has been fulfilled, please refer to our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
